The American Red Cross has promoted Molly Schmidt to CEO of its Pacific Islands Region, which includes Hawaii, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands and American Samoa. Molly officially started her CEO position on August 2nd, 2025, after serving as interim CEO. Molly has two decades of nonprofit experience, working with national and international organizations. Prior to becoming interim CEO for the American Red Cross Pacific Islands Region, she was the organization’s Regional Chief Operating Officer. Congratulations Molly!
