Join the Organization of Women Leaders (OWL)

Membership in the Organization of Women Leaders (OWL) is an invitation to join a distinguished network of women shaping Hawai‘i’s future.

Regular membership is open to women who share our commitment to leadership, have held positions of influence, are nominated by a current member, and fulfill annual dues requirements. Membership is individual and non-transferable.

As a member, you’ll become part of a cross-sector community of executive and civic leaders who gather five times a year for curated luncheons featuring thought-provoking discussions on finance, media, healthcare, education, military affairs, and other issues that matter to Hawai‘i’s people and future.

  Annual dues include five luncheon meetings. The Annual Meeting and pau hana events are offered to members at a special member rate.

  2026 Dues: $350 annual membership fee

• Regular Membership: Effective January 1
  2026 Dues: $370 annual membership fee

Luncheon Meetings
Held on Mondays from 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM in January, March, May, July, and September.
Each luncheon features engaging speakers and timely topics designed to inspire and empower women leaders across Hawai‘i.
