Join OWL
Membership in the Organization of Women Leaders (OWL) is open to women who support the organization’s mission and have demonstrated leadership experience. Prospective members must be nominated by a current OWL member and approved by the Board of Directors. Membership is non-transferable and requires payment of annual dues.
As an OWL member, you will join a dynamic network of influential women and participate in five luncheons each year. These gatherings feature insightful programs covering topics such as finance, media, healthcare, education, the military, and other issues of significance to our community.
OWL has cultivated a strong network of business and community leaders dedicated to supporting one another and making a meaningful impact across Hawai‘i.

Membership Enrollment Periods
OWL offers two enrollment periods each year:
· November/December – Full-year membership (January–September meetings): $370
· June – Half-year membership (July and September meetings): $185
All new member applications are reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors. We welcome new members during the November/December enrollment period for the following calendar year, and again in June for mid-year enrollment.
