On July 22, 2024, Cheryl Cross joined Inkinen as an Executive Search Consultant. She brings 22 years of recruiting experience across industries including energy, finance, healthcare, and the Department of Defense, supporting organizations ranging from Fortune 50 companies to startups and nonprofits.

In January 2025, Cheryl took the leadership role for Inkinen’s established Career Transition Support Program. Now in its 27th year, the program supports Inkinen’s clients as they assist departing management and director level staff.
