OWL member Joy Kimura has been appointed to the Oahu Real Property Tax Advisory Commission. Joy is also the Chair of the Rates and Classifications Committee for the Commission. The Oahu Real Property Tax Advisory Commission was established to advise and assist the Honolulu City Council by conducting a biennial review of the City's real property tax system.
